Reblogging because I just updated this with a section on what to do if you are triggered. Suggestions/ideas would be great also.

This is awesome!

I might add a brief description of what “trigger” means in the context, or perhaps list some topics that may require trigger warnings, spanning trauma from war, abuse, rape, hate crimes, privilege denying, and things that can trigger specific kinds of neurodiversity or mental health issues (e.g. paranoia, suicidal ideation, self harm, intrusive thoughts, or depersonalisation and derealisation).
